Cleanse, Renew & Restore

Cleanse, Renew and Restore with doTerra's 30-Day total body cleanse. You may ask, "does this actually work?" I can vouch that it does. I began doing this in February 2015 along with a Shake/Clean Eating diet. The reasons why I did this was to restore liver function because I had liver damage from medications, and I was not feeling well from being on and off of several medications. I felt that my body needed a jump restart. Not only did it give me the realignment that I was looking for it also lead me to try the doTerra Slim Shakes along with Clean Eating vs the other shakes I was using. So far I have lost 15 lbs. Starting June 1st I will do another round of detox and thought that I would tell you all about it if you wanted to join me.

THE CLEANSE IS DONE OVER A 30 DAY PERIOD AND HAS 3 PARTS: ORGAN FLUSH, CANDIDA AND PARASITE CLEANSE, GI TRACT RESTORE.

PART 1: ORGAN FLUSH (10 DAYS)

PRODUCTS NEEDED:

• Zendocrine Detoxification Complex Supplement
• Zendocrine Softgels or Zendocrine Essential Oil Blend 
• Terrazyme Digestive Complex
• Life Long Vitality Daily Supplements (LLV)
• Lemon Essential Oil
• Optional: Slim and Sassy Softgels or Slim and Sassy Essential Oil Blend

PROTOCOL: 

• Add 2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil to a glass of water every morning and drink upon waking.
• Take 2 capsules daily of Zendocrine Detoxification Complex: 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM. 
• Take 2 capsules daily of Zendocrine Detoxification Softgels:: 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM. Optional: Apply 2 drops of the Zendocrine Essential Oil to your abdomen. (May also place in an empty vegetable capsule and ingest).
• Use LLV at half dose: 2 capsule from each bottle in the AM and in the PM.
• Take 1 capsule of Terrazyme before each meal on an empty stomach: AM, Noon, and PM
• Optional: 1 Slim and Sassy Softgel OR 5 drops of Slim and Sassy Essential Oil Blend in a glass of water in between meals, 3 times a day: mid-morning, late afternoon, before bed

PART 2: CANDIDA & PARASITE CLEANSE (10 DAYS)

PROTOCOL: ALL THE SAME AS PART 1 WITH GX ASSIST ADDED

• Take 1 Gx Assist capsule with AM and PM meals.  If you know you are overgrown with candida or have a parasite issue, you have be more progressive by using the following protocol, otherwise do as stated above:
  For days 11-13 take 1 Gx Assist capsules with AM and PM meals.  Days 14-17 take 2 Gx Assist capsules with AM and PM meals. Days 18-20 take 3 Gx Assist capsules with AM and PM meals.

DURING THE CLEANSE:

• Drink LOTS of water. This will help flush the toxins faster and easier from your body.  Aim for at least 80% of your body weight in ounces. You may add a drop or two of citrus oils or Slim & Sassy oil for flavoring and extra support.
• Reduce or eliminate WHITES from your diet: sugar, rice, flour, potatoes, etc.
• Eat as much fresh produce as possible. Reduce or eliminate processed foods and eat as clean as possible.
